摘要:
为了实现无脚本演练,提高电力企业应急演练的成效。在分析电力企业内外部协调联动关系的基础上,借鉴霍尔三维结构模型原理,提出情景模型分为三个维度,即组织逻辑维、处置知识维、事件时间维,分析了各个维度的组成内容与逻辑关系,并根据无脚本演练的特点,将情景规则作为在情景模型的要素之一,进而构建了电力无脚本演练情景模型。将模型在实际应急演练中进行了应用,为合理设计电力无脚本演练情景提供了支持。
Abstract:
In order to achieve no script drill and enhance the effectiveness of emergency drills for power enterprise, based on the analysis of internal and external coordinated interaction relationship for power enterprise, the scenario model was divided into three dimensions by referring to the principle of Hall three-dimensional structure model, namely the organizational logic dimension, the disposal knowledge dimension and the event time dimension. The com-position content and logic relationship of each dimension were analyzed. According to the characteristics of no script drill, the scenario rules were taken as one of the elements in scenario model, then the scenario model of pow-er no script drill was constructed and applied in a practical emergency drill. It provides support for designing the scenarios of power no script drill reasonably.
