摘要:
针对油气站场开展的完整性管理质量参差不齐的情况,将组合赋权和可拓理论应用于站场完整性管理质量评价。首先,通过鱼刺图法挖掘影响站场完整性管理质量的主要因素;其次,针对主观和客观赋权的优缺点,采用ANP和熵权法对各因素组合赋权;最后,建立多级可拓理论评价模型对站场完整性管理质量予以评价。实例分析结果简洁明了地反映出站场完整性管理质量等级,表明多级可拓理论应用于站场完整性管理质量等级评价是有效的。
Abstract:
With respect to the uneven quality of integrity management on oil and gas station, the combination weighting and extension theory were applied in the quality assessment of integrity management on station. Firstly, according to fishbone chart, the main influence factors about quality of integrity management on station were found. Then taking advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective weighting methods into consideration, ANP and entropy weight theory were used in combination weighting of each factor. Finally, the multi-level extensible evaluation model was established to realize the quality assessment of integrity management on station. The case analysis results reflected the quality level of integrity management on station, and it showed that the application of multi-level extension theory in the quality level assessment of integrity management on station is effective.
