摘要:
介绍了移动卸料车的产尘机理以及传统的移动卸料车除尘技术,分析了传统的移动卸料车除尘技术存在的不足。针对移动卸料车定点卸料的作业特点,提出了一种移动卸料车新型联动除尘装置,该新型装置不受矿仓空间和场地的限制,且极大降低了除尘系统的初投资和运行成本。以上海梅山矿业有限公司选矿厂移动卸料车为研究对象,证明了该新型联动除尘装置在移动卸料车除尘系统的应用效果,成功解决了移动卸料车作业产生的扬尘,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
Abstract:
The mechanisms of dust generation and the traditional dedusting technologies for mobile unloading vehicle were introduced, and the shortcomings of current dedusting technologies were analyzed. Aiming at the operation characteristic of unloading in fixed spots for the mobile unloading vehicle, a new type of linkage dust removing device was proposed. Because the new linkage dust removing device would not be affected by the ore storage space and area, it can greatly reduce the initial investment and operation cost of dust control system. Taking the mobile unloading vehicle of Shanghai Meishan Mining Co. Ltd. concentrator as the study subject, the invented dust removing device in the cleaning system of mobile unloading vehicle was proved to be reliable. Also, it solved the problem of dust pollution in production, and it can bring good economic and environmental benefits.
