摘要:
安全生产是我国煤炭行业健康发展的重要前提。通过研究我国煤矿安全生产现状,分析其影响因素,提出技术进步在保障安全生产中的重要性。运用多元回归分析方法建立基于技术进步的从业人员素质、机械化程度与百万吨死亡率之间关系的回归分析模型,研究结果表明它们之间的关系为高度相关,且模型具有很好的拟合度。根据分析结论提出相应的政策建议,为基于安全生产的技术进步与煤矿产能之间的协调发展提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Work safety is an important problem which affects the healthy development of coal industry in China. According to analysis on the current situation of coalmine safety, the influence factors of coalmine safety were studied and the importance of technological progress in ensuring work safety was indicated. Based on the relationship between technical progress of staff quality, mechanization degree and mortality rate per million tons, a regression analysis model was established using multivariate regression method. The results showed that the relationship between them was highly correlative. According to the conclusion, the corresponding policy suggestions were put forward. It can provide a theoretical basis for the coordinated development between safety technology and coalmine production.
