摘要:
介绍一种防止吊车触电的接近高压电力线报警系统,利用电场感应原理和无线通信技术,判定吊臂与高压电力线缆之间的距离,当距离低于预先设定的安全距离时开始发出警报,并且报警的重复频率随电学距离的减小而增加,用于提示车辆操作人员及时注意,远离触电危险。系统分为电场检测装置、报警装置和标定设备三部分,其中检测装置吸附于工程车辆最易靠近高压电缆的端部,报警装置安放在驾驶控制室内,标定设备用于仪器的校准。
Abstract:
An alarming system is introduced to prevent crane contact with high voltage transmission lines, which determines the distance between the vehicle with the high voltage power cables by using the electric field induction principle and wireless communication technology. When the distance is less than preset safe distance, system begin to send out sound and light alarm, and alarm repetition frequency increases with the decrease of the electrical distance, used to prompt workers noticing from electric shock risk. System divide into three parts, including electric field detection device, alarm device and calibration equipment. Detection device is installed most near the high voltage cable, alarm in driving control indoor, calibration equipment is used for calibration of the instrument.
