摘要:
现场是企业生产的关键场所,也是安全生产事故发生的主要场所。加强现场安全管理对提高企业安全生产水平,减少事故的发生具有重要意义。构建基于现场管理的企业安全管理模式,选用定置管理、目视化管理、防错法三种现场管理方法,在对危险源进行辨识的基础上,绘制这三种方法的实施流程图,并以某装备保障企业为例,进行实际应用。结果表明:现场安全管理模式的应用使事故数量明显减少,员工参与安全生产的积极性得到显著提升,车间安全生产氛围、安全生产环境也有较大的改善
Abstract:
The site is not only the key place of production,but also the main place of production accidents. It is significant to improve the level of safety production and to reduce the possibility of accidents by strengthening site safety management. A safety management model of enterprise based on site management was constructed by using three kinds of site management methods:fixation management,visual management and error proofing. Combining with implementation flow charts of these three methods based on hazard identification, a certain equipment support enterprise was chosen for casestudy. The results showed that the number of accidents was significantly reduced,the initiatives to participate in safety production of the staff was improved,and the safety production environment in the workshop was greatly improved.
