摘要:
为了评估曳引式电梯综合安全水平,降低事故风险概率,针对曳引式电梯系统运行及使用特点,提出一种模糊综合安全评价方法。从人、机、环境、管理综合角度建立电梯层次化安全评价指标体系,将特征向量法与区间估计分析理论结合,计算权重同时筛选指标。通过引入模糊综合评价方法,将具有随机性和模糊性的评价向量数据化,根据量化分值,划分成5个安全级别,形成评价结论。方法应用于南京市102台老旧电梯,结果显示:老城区老旧电梯安全隐患较多,梯况不佳,安全综合评价结果与实际状况相吻合,模糊综合评价方法能够较为准确的反映和衡量电梯运行情况及安全性能,对于电梯安全评价具有良好的应用价值。
Abstract:
To assess the safety level of traction elevator and reduce its risk probability, a fuzzy integrated security evaluation method on elevator was proposed according to its characteristics in use and operation. Man, machine, environment and management were all taken into account to establish the safety assessment index system of elevator. The eigenvector method and range estimation priority theory were integrated to calculate weight while screening index. By introducing the fuzzy integrated assessment method, the evaluation vector with randomness and fuzziness was quantified, which is the divide of 5 levels of safety assessment grades. Application results of 102 old elevators in Nanjing showed that old elevators in old urban districts were in serious potential safety risk and poor condition, which coincided with the actual situation. Fuzzy integrated assessment method can accurately reflect and measure the elevator safety performance, which is of great value for elevator safety assessment.
