摘要:
安全生产事故的产生多数是由人的不安全行为造成的。建立安全实训体系,培养人的安全行为,对推动高危行业安全生产具有十分重要的意义。阐述了安全实训体系构建的策略,详细介绍了石化行业仿真平台开发的内容及系统构成,并简要论述了仿真平台的应用,旨在对危险化学品行业安全实训体系建设有所帮助。
Abstract:
The work safety accidents are often caused by the unsafe behaviors of human. It is quite important to establish safety practical training system and train the safe behaviors of human for improvement of work safety in high risk industry. The tactic for construction of safety practical training system was expounded, the development contents and system constitution of simulation platform for petrochemical industry were introduced in detail, and the application of simulation platform was briefly discussed. It can be helpful for safety practical training system construction in dangerous chemical industry.
