罐区设置的灯塔在一定程度上增加了储罐的雷击风险。为了定量分析雷击灯塔时电磁辐射对储罐的危害,基于MTLL雷电回击模型,采用三维时域有限差分(FDTD)方法,计算了100kA雷电流雷击灯塔时30m和40m处外浮顶储罐的浮盘和罐壁之间耦合的水平电场和电压。计算结果表明,在储罐接地和导电片良好的情况下,雷击灯塔产生的电磁辐射可以在储罐浮盘和罐壁之间感应出几千伏每米的水平电场和上千伏的电压;随着储罐与灯塔距离的增大,水平电场和电压随之减小。最后,根据以上结论,为了防止雷击灯塔电磁辐射对储罐造成危害,提出了防范措施。
Abstract:
The light tower set in the tank farm increases the lightning stroke risk of tank to a certain extent. In order to analyze electromagnetic radiation harm caused by light tower lightning stroke, based on the MTLL lightning return stroke model, coupled horizontal component of electric field and voltage between floating roof and shell in the distance of 30m and 40m were calculated using finitedifference timedomain (FDTD) method when light tower was struck by 100kA lightning current. The results indicated that electromagnetic radiation caused by lightning stroke light tower can induce horizontal electric field of several thousand volts per meter and voltage of several thousand between floating roof and shell when groundings and shunts of tank are good. Horizontal electric field and voltage decrease with increasing distance between the tank and the light tower. Finally, based on the above conclusions, some precautions for avoiding electromagnetic radiation harm caused by lightning stroke light tower to tank were proposed.
