摘要:: 民航维修单位质量控制员的胜任力是维修单位质量控制员实施维修质量控制工作的关键因素，也是判定维修质量控制员工作绩效优异与否的重要指标。采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法，采取行为事件访谈法对维修质量控制员进行访谈，收集其胜任力信息，依据实证调研的结果及相关文献研究成果，建立了包含4个一级胜任力指标和17个二级胜任力指标的维修单位质量控制员胜任力模型。其中得到9项维修单位质量控制员核心胜任力模型，运用超级决策软件（SD）对建立的模型准确性进行验证。

Abstract:: The competency of the maintenance quality controller is the key factors for maintenance quality controller making repair work quality control， and it is also an important indicator to determine the preformance of maintenance quality control personnel job．The method of the research was a combination of theory and practice．Through the behavioral event interview method and interviewing maintenance quality controller， the information of competency was collected and the competency model was established based on this information， and the model included 4 primary and 17 secondary competency indicators．At the same time， evaluation system of the competency model was set up.Through the questionnaire survey and ANP decisionmaking model of service units competence quality controller practical research, 9 core competency model of maintenance unit quality controller were obtained， and the model accuracy was verified．
