摘要:
介绍了惠州炼油分公司运用主动防腐思想进行防腐体系的构建,体系中腐蚀监测工作的管理经验,并讨论了防腐管理体系的完善方向。认为在防腐体系中搭建腐蚀监控系统对关键部位进行腐蚀跟踪,评估全厂腐蚀情况,能实现腐蚀程度预判的作用;并采用这种防腐体系的运作模式运用在惠炼的实际生产中,能有效指导工艺的调控,评价工艺防腐效果,指导优化日常监测技术,同时指出实现腐蚀监控系统的自动化和功能化是将来防腐体系的发展方向。
Abstract:
The construction mode of anticorrosion system by active anticorrosion thought, management experience of corrosion monitoring and direction of the anticorrosion management system in CNOOC Huizhou refining were introduced in this paper. It was suggested that the corrosion monitoring system of the corrosion system should be established in the anticorrosion system, which applied to corrosion tracking in the key part and corrosion assessment on the whole plant. The corrosion degree assessment of the equipment can be realized by the corrosion monitoring system. This anticorrosion system can be used in the practical production in CNOOC Huizhou refining, which can provide guidance for technological regulation and monitoring technology for daily. The anticorrosion effect of process was be also evaluated. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that the automation and functionalization of the corrosion monitoring system would be the development direction of the anticorrosion system.
