摘要:: 近年来,CNG汽车发展很快,根据国家有关法规和标准的要求,结合CNG气瓶工作实际需要,对车用CNG气瓶的安装许可、安装监督检验、定期检验周期、使用管理中存在的问题,进行分析研究。本文认为应加强气瓶安装资质管理,监督检验应包括气瓶和燃气系统。现行国家标准对钢质内胆纤维缠绕气瓶和全钢瓶的要求不一致,应及时完善,出租车用气瓶检验周期应与其他车辆不同。提出气瓶安装中要注意的几个技术问题,包括气瓶数量和布置、气瓶固定方式、非燃气系统检查等。为保证CNG汽车安全使用,指出气瓶安装行政许可、车辆检验和气瓶检验、车辆保险和气瓶保险等需要解决的问题。

Abstract:: In recent years,the CNG vehicles have developed quickly.Bsae on the relevant laws and standards requirements,as well as the actual safe management of CNG cylinders,study and analysis were conducted on the existing problems in aspects of the gas cylinders installation licensing,installation process supervision inspection,inspection periodic,use management,and so on.In this paper,it was suggested that the administrative department should pay attention to strengthen safe management for the qualification of gas cylinders installation,and the supervision inspection should cover to the cylinders and the CNG system.In the active state standards,the safe requirement was not congruous between the hoop wrapped fibre reinforced composite gas cylinders with metal liners and the pure metal gas cylinders,the standardsand and law should be improved in time.The inspection periodic of taxi’s gas cylinders should differ from the other vehicles.Several technical problems of gas cylinders installion that should be noticed were pointed out,including the quantity of gas cylinders,the arrange scheme of gas cylinders,the cylinders fixed method,checking up the system outside CNG,and so on.In order to guarantee the security operation of CNG vehicles,several problems which was necessary to solve were put forward,such as gas cylinder installation licensing,vechicle inspection and gas cylinder inspection,vechicle insurance and gas cylinder insurance,etc.
