摘要:
基于我国华北某地质勘探系统24年的生产性工亡事故,结合系统安全理论,从事故发生的总体情况、事故发生的时间、条件因素等方面分析事故的趋势、特点及规律。发现:24年来我国地质勘探事故的总体情况分为三个阶段,并呈现一定的下降趋势;每年4-9月份是我国地质勘探事故的高发时期;人的不安全行为是地质勘探事故发生的主要条件因素。根据事故的统计分析结果,指出我国地质勘探行业存在的问题,并提出预防和减少地质勘探行业事故的对策。
Abstract:
Based on the productive accidents in geological exploration system happened in north China during 24 years, the trends, characteristics and laws of accidents were analyzed in terms of overall, time and condition factors of the occurrence combining the Theory of Safety System. The study results show that the overall of geologic prospecting accidents is divided as three stages and the numbers of accidents declined over time during 24 years in China, 4-9 months each year is the period of high incidence of geologic prospecting accidents in China, the main condition factor of geologic prospecting accidents is unsafe behavior of people. According to the statistical analysis results, the existing problems of geologic prospecting industry in China are pointed out and the countermeasures are recommended to prevent and reduce the frequency of future accidents.
