摘要:
加强安全信息化建设已成为提高我国矿山安全管理水平的一项重要手段。本文对我国矿山安全现状评价进行了分析,指出了其存在的问题:缺乏合理性,安全评价方法的实用性和可操作性不强,缺乏动态性;探讨了安全现状评价中现场工作时若干难点问题的解决方法:主要有评价方法的选择,评价项目基础分数值及相关指标的确定;简要介绍了B/S模式下矿山安全现状评价及其系统、实现系统的主要步骤、评价模块、结构功能、数据库、网络、系统如何实现。B/S(Browser/Server)模式,即浏览器/服务器模式,基于计算机网络、数据库实现矿山安全评价的整个过程。"煤矿事故三步安全评价法"首先确定评价子系统,并设计出供评价使用的专项安全检查表,然后根据安全检查表进行检查,最后评定出各评价项目的危险分数,结合各项目的权重作出评价。
Abstract:
Enhancing information construction has becoming an important means to improve safety management lenel in mine.In this article the present assessment status of mine safety of our country was analyzed,the problems were pointed out including lacking of rationality,safety evaluation of the practicability and maneuverability is not strong and lack of dynamic.Then the solutions of some difficult problems when doing the job-site of the present status assessment of mine safety were discussed.such as the choice of evaluation methods,determine of the base score and indicators.The status quo assessment of mine safety and its system were briefly introduced,as well as the main steps to achieve the system,evaluation module,structure and function,database ,network,the achievement of the system based on the B/S mode.The B/S (Browser/Server)mode,that is,browser/server model,based on computer networks and databases to achieve the whole process of mine safety evaluated,and to design the special safety check list of the evaluation.And then the mine the subsystems which is to be evaluated,and to design the special safety check list of the evaluation.And then the examination was carried out in accordance with the safety inspection checklist,Finally the scores of projects were assessed and the evaluation was conducted,combining with the importance of projects.
