Abstract:
Toxic and noxious gases produced in electroplate industry not only do harm to workers, but also pollute atmosphere environment. Noxious gases in electroplating workshop mainly derive from tank and moving traveling crane adhered with liquid with high concentration according to produced way. At present, corporations commonly adopt local exhaust hood, which is assembled for the pollutant dispersion for stationary plating bath, to control the pollution in electroplating workshop, for the control for diffused toxic and noxious gases produced in the process of moving traveling crane, scientists at home and abroad rarely research about this. Technical scheme for the contorl of the harmful gases generated in the process of electroplating is put forth based on the analysis of their types and characteristics. Then a set of moving local exhaust system is designed for sulfate electroplating tinning production line of electroplating workshop, a set of blowing and drawing exhaust cover and moving ductworks which can move vertically and horizontally are adopted to acheive the purpose of synchronous contorl for hamrful gases.
