摘要:
本文重点讨论了疲劳的定义，对现代作业疲劳提出了新的定义，使对疲劳的研究更切合多元化的社会发展方向，并且对人体疲劳的特点进行了更加深入的分析。文章还从人、机、环以及管理制度四个方面系统的分析了现代作业疲劳出现的原因，同时提出了较为科学全面的三级预防措施，从而对现代作业疲劳的研究与防治提供了科学的参考与依据。
Abstract:
This paper focused on the definition of fatigue， proposed new definition to fatigue of modern operations， so that the study of fatigue is more in line with the direction of a wide range of social development. And the paper gave the more indepth analysis about the human fatigue characteristics. From the workers， machines， the management as well as working environment system， it analyze the cause of modern fatigue at work. At the same time， the paper put forward a more comprehensive threetier science and preventive measures， So as to provide the scientific basis and reference about it.
