摘要:
对某鞋业有限公司发生的一起爆炸事故进行了分析,找出了导致爆炸事故的根源是操作人员不了解氧化剂与易燃、可燃物的混触危险性,将丙酮等有机废料与少量双氧水混合后,形成了对热、撞击、摩擦敏感度非常高的熵炸药(TATP)。处理TATP的最大难点是其敏感性太高,少有不慎,即会发生爆炸,导致人员伤亡事故。特别是打开桶盖过程中,螺纹中可能存有干燥的TATP,桶盖旋转过程中可能发生爆炸。根据TATP和废料的特性,制定了现场存留危险性废料的处置方案并进行了处理,提出了防范该类事故的措施。
Abstract:
The analysis of an explosion accident in a shoes manufacturer showed that the explosion took place when organic wastes such as acetone were mixed with a little hydrogen peroxide because the operators did not think any danger for mixing flammable or combustible material with any oxidant. The explosion was found arising from triacetone triperoxide (TATP) with high sensitivity to heat, impact, or friction formed in above mixing. It is very difficult to handling TATP due to its high sensitivity resulting in an explosion with person injure. Especially an explosion may take place when any TATP barrel is opened due to friction of barrelhead with it. Based on the characteristics for TATP and wastes, a project for handling dangerous wastes at site was developed and the above accident was handled. The measures for preventing such accident were suggested.
