摘要:
本文主要探讨肘部支撑在视频显示终端作业过程中对背部和右手表面肌电的影响。采用Meta分析方法对以往研究资料进行筛检及汇总分析。结果发现:左右侧斜方肌的最大自主收缩百分比(MVC%)分别下降了083%(95%CI-100%~-066%)和061%(95%CI-078%~-043%),对于右手食指伸指肌而言,其影响并不具有显著性。可以认为肘部支撑是一种比较简单而且有效的预防措施。
Abstract:
To gain insight into the effects of arm support on back and right hand muscle activity in video display terminal working prdess, Metaanalysis was employed to screen out and analyze the published study data. After using the arm support, left and right trapezius shows an decrease in MVC%, 083%(95% CI-100%~-066%)and 061%(95% CI-078%~-043%), respectively. Arm support is proved to be promising for preventing musculoskeletal disorders in video display terminal work.
