摘要:
为提高公共交通安检系统服务效率,考虑旅客“绕行取行李”“等待取行李”的携行行为,分析安检系统服务流程,构建安检系统的Jackson排队网络模型;分析旅客人体安检和行李安检之间的速度差,厘定在携行行为条件下及不同情境中旅客提取行李前的等待时间,并修正安检系统的Jackson排队网络模型;优化安检系统服务参数,实现系统服务设施的最优配置;以某公共客运站为研究对象,进行案例验证分析。结果表明:优化模型不仅能改善安检服务设施配置效率,而且显著降低系统稳态条件下的平均等待队长;增加“绕行取行李”行为的旅客比例能显著降低旅客提取行李前的平均等待时间。
Abstract:
To improve the service efficiency of security inspection system for public transportation,the service process of security inspection system was analyzed considering the carrying behavior of passengers such as “detouring for baggage”,“waiting for baggage”,etc.,and a Jackson queuing network model of security inspection system was established.The speed difference between passenger human security inspection and baggage security inspection was analyzed,then the waiting time of passengers before baggage claim in different situations under the conditions of carrying behavior was determined,and the Jackson queuing network model of security inspection system was modified.The service parameters of security inspection system were optimized to achieve the optimal configuration of system service facilities.Finally,a case verification and analysis of a public passenger station was carried out.The results showed that the optimization model could not only improve the efficiency of security inspection service facility configuration,but also significantly reduce the average waiting queue length under the steady state conditions of the system.Increasing the proportion of passengers with “detouring for baggage” behavior could significantly reduce the average waiting time of passengers before baggage claim.
