- 在我国大力推进实施健康中国战略的进程中，《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法（草案）》的立法备受全社会关注，针对该法草案2017年底向社会公开征求意见稿，围绕职业健康安全相关内容的完善，系统梳理专业理论和实践方面的进展，凝练主要的修改完善思路，最后提出相关条款的15条具体建议，以期为有关部门和组织进一步修改完善该法草案提供参考和借鉴。
- Abstract:
- During the process of vigorously advance and implement the Health China strategy in our country, the legislation of Basic Medical,Healthcare and Health Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China (Draft) has received much concern of the whole society. Aiming at the opinion soliciting draft issued for public comment of this draft law in the end of 2017, focusing on the improvement of contents relevant to occupational health and safety, the progress in the professional theory and practice were summarized systematically, then the main ideas of modification and improvement were generalized, and fifteen specific suggestions of relevant terms were put forward, so as to provide the reference for the relevant departments and organizations to modify and improve this draft law further.
