摘要:
为解决深水盐层安全密度窗口窄、盐层蠕变导致缩径卡钻、盐层溶解扩径导致井眼稳定性差等诸多问题,采用实验拟合的方法得到盐岩蠕变模型和盐岩溶解速率模型的相关参数,经推导得出控制井眼蠕变缩径速率的当量钻井液密度计算方法,以及钻至任意深度时盐层安全蠕变缩径速率计算模型,形成深水盐下钻井安全密度窗口优化设计方法。研究结果表明:抗盐钻井液可以将井眼1 d的溶解扩径率降至1%以下,其中蠕变缩径速率与盐层作业的时间窗口密切相关,综合考虑分析即可得到盐层钻井时作业时间窗口内特定钻井液盐质量浓度条件下控压钻井所需的安全密度窗口。研究结果可为深水盐层的安全钻井提供技术支撑。
Abstract:
In order to solve many problems such as the narrow safety density window in deepwater salt layers,diameter shrinkage and drilling blockage caused by salt layer creep,and poor wellbore stability caused by salt layer dissolution and diameter expansion,the relevant parameters of the salt rock creep model and salt rock dissolution rate model were obtained through experimental fitting.A calculation method of equivalent drilling fluid density for controlling the creep diameter shrinkage rate of wellbore and a calculation model of safe creep diameter shrinkage rate of salt layer when drilling to any depth were derived,forming an optimization design method for the safety density window of deepwater salt drilling.The results show that the salt resistant drilling fluid can reduce the daily dissolution diameter expansion rate of the wellbore to below 1%,and the creep diameter shrinkage rate is closely related to the time window of salt layer operation.After the comprehensive consideration and analysis,the actual safety density window required for pressure-controlled drilling under specific drilling fluid salt concentration during the salt layer drilling can be obtained.The research results can provide technical support for safe drilling in deepwater salt layers.
