摘要:
为提高油气开采的效率和安全性,并有效减轻CO2驱注入井管柱失效带来的潜在后果,提出1种实现风险最小化和成本效益最大化的CO2管柱失效事故控制决策方法。通过系统辨识CO2驱注入井管柱失效形式和失效因素,构建CO2驱注入井管柱失效的贝叶斯网络模型,评估管柱失效概率、识别关键致因和失效路径;基于不同管理措施的风险管控效用和执行成本,确定最优的CO2驱注入井管柱失效风险管理方案。研究结果表明:CO2管柱失效事故风险管控的最佳方案为同时采用改进注入工艺和优化防腐措施,对保障CO2驱油与封存的过程安全具有重要意义。
Abstract:
To enhance the efficiency and safety of oil and gas exploration,and effectively mitigate the potential consequence caused by failure of CO2 flooding injection well string,a control decision-making method for the failure accident of CO2 well string was proposed,which realized the minimum risk and maximum cost-benefit.By systematacially identifying the failure modes and factors of CO2 flooding injection well string,a Bayesian network model for the failure of CO2 flooding injection well string was constructed to evaluate the probability of string failure and identify the key causes and failure paths.Based on the risk control effectiveness and execution cost of different management measures,an optimal risk management scheme for the failure of CO2 flooding injection well string was determined.The results show that the optimal scheme for the risk management and control on the failure accident of CO2 well string is to simultaneously adopt the improved injection process and the optimized anti-corrosion measures,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of CO2 oil displacement and storage processes.
