摘要:
为探究煤矿行业员工的数字化转型开放性对员工安全绩效的影响及其作用机制。引入相对剥夺感和工作投入,构建链式中介模型,基于文献评述提出4个假设,借鉴成熟量表对472名煤矿行业员工进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS26.0、Amos24.0软件进行样本数据分析和验证假设模型。研究结果表明:数字化转型开放性可以直接影响员工安全绩效,或是通过相对剥夺感和工作投入的独立中介作用以及相对剥夺感、工作投入的链式中介作用,间接影响员工安全绩效。研究结果不仅拓展数字化转型新背景下,员工数字化转型开放性对安全绩效的影响机制,也可为新背景下煤矿安全管理提供借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of openness to digital transformation of employees in the coal mining industry on their safety performance and its action mechanism,the relative deprivation and work engagement were introduced to construct a chain mediation model.Four hypotheses were proposed based on the literature review.The questionnaire survey was conducted on 472 employees in the coal mining industry by referring to mature scales,and SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used to analyze the sample data and verify the hypothesized model.The results show that the openness to digital transformation can directly affect the employees’ safety performance,or indirectly affect it through the independent mediating effect of relative deprivation and work engagement,as well as the chain mediating effect of relative deprivation and work engagement.The research results not only expand the influence mechanism of employees’ openness to digital transformation on safety performance under the new background of digital transformation,but also can provide reference for the safety management of coal mine under the new background.
