摘要:
为解决当前工业互联网在安全生产领域存在的应用范围窄、风险预测不准、无共性经验可循等问题,系统性开展工业互联网赋能安全生产的原理和关键技术研究,梳理工业互联网赋能安全生产在高危行业的实践与应用成效。研究结果表明:通过数字化智能化技术可有效助力各行业建立快速感知、实时监测、超前预警、应急处置、系统评估等新型能力;改变传统安全生产管理模式可有效助力安全生产从静态向动态、事后向事前、单点向全局3方面转变,提升工业生产本质安全水平;统筹发展和安全的概念融入工业主战场,可一定程度上推进新型工业化、加快建设制造强国、网络强国、数字中国。研究结果可为相关工业企业开展基于工业互联网的安全生产数字化管理提供重要参考和方法借鉴,对提高工业安全生产管理水平和相关行业本质安全水平具有理论与现实参考意义。
Abstract:
To solve the problems such as narrow application scope,inaccurate risk prediction and no common experience to follow when applying the industrial internet in the field of work safety,the research on the principles and key technologies of industrial internet empowering work safety was carried out systematically,and the practice and application performance of industrial internet empowering work safety in high-risk industries were sorted out.The results show that the digital intelligent technology can effectively help various industries to establish new capabilities such as rapid perception,real-time monitoring,advanced early-warning,emergency response,and systematic evaluation.Changing the traditional management mode of work safety can effectively help the transformation of work safety in 3 aspects from static to dynamic,post-event to pre-event,single point to global,and improve the essential safety level of industrial production.Integrating the concept of “Balancing development and security” into the main battlefield of industry can promote new industrialization to a certain extent and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power,a network power and a digital China.The research results can provide important method reference for industrial enterprises to carry out the digital management of work safety based on industrial internet,and are of theoretical and practical guiding significance to improve the management level of industrial work safety and essential safety level of various industries in China.
